Pedals did not spin freely at all. Cheap cage material.
The pedals were indexing and did not spin freely at all. The cage material was also very cheap. These are definitely not worth the original $39.99. The only positive thing I can say is that they are somewhat serviceable; I removed the dust cap and saw the inside was totally dry. I added grease to the bearings and adjusted the spindle nut so that it would at least be able to spin.
