Return Policy
Items must be in new condition, in the original packaging, and with all tags attached. If you receive a defective product, please contact us immediately to arrange an exchange or refund.
For non-defective products that shipped with free or discounted shipping, a 15% restocking fee may be deducted from your refund. Non-defective returns must be initiated within 30 days of receipt.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging.
- A Return Merchandise Authorization number is required. (contact bikesmiths@thebikesmiths.com for RMA’s or return instructions)
- Items that are damaged, missing parts, or not in original condition due to reasons unrelated to our error cannot be returned.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Car racks
- Tools
- Helmets
- Food or personal care products
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you. If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method.
Exchanges
We replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange for the same item, email us at bikesmiths@thebikesmiths.com for instructions.

Include your RMA number inside the package.
- You are responsible for your own return shipping costs.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- At your request we will supply you with a return shipping label. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund amount.
