For on line purchases we will accept returns for defective or non-functioning products. Products must be in new condition and in the original packaging with tags attached. If you have a problem product, please contact us immediately. Upon receipt of the product, we can work out an exchange or return for refund. Non-defective products with free shipping or subsidized shipping may occur a 15% restocking fee subtracted from refund. Refunds for non-defective returns must be received within 30 days.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. We can not accept returns on, car racks, tools, helmets, food or personal care products.
To complete your return, we require an RMA.
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error can not be processed.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Exchanges (if applicable)

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
