Shipping


We always try to ship as soon as possible. 90% of weekday orders ship same day or within 24 hours.  Please make sure your shipping address is correct before completing payment.  We are not responsible for costs associated with re-shipment or return shipping of orders with incorrect shipping addresses. This also includes delivery to unsecure locations.  You are responsible for the security of your delivery address.

We reserve the right to upgrade shipping to another service, or select the shipping rate of our choice when free shipping is selected.

We are not responsible for packages lost due to an incorrect shipping address being provided with your order. You will not be refunded for your order. If your package is returned to our warehouse, you will be contacted via the email address used at checkout. We will allow 1 re-shipment of your order upon confirmation of your shipping address. If your package fails to be delivered after your reshipment, we will refund the cost of the items in your order, minus the cost of shipping. If you are using Apple Pay or Paypal, please confirm your address is up to date.

   
Information for International Buyers (Shipments outside of USA)

    USPS Priority International is 6-12 business days.

    If you choose International First Class Mail: First Class Mail may take 10-60 business days. First Class Mail does not include tracking. This may not include time in customs.  Refunds can not be issued for non-delivery of International First Class Mail.

    All buyers outside of the United States must consult local government authorities about possible carrier or import fees. This is your responsibility.
