Elastic nylon cargo net attaches to Topeak TrolleyTote or other basket types and keeps contents safe and secure while riding. Attaches to rack or basket with durable, coated hooks.
Seems to do its job. Haven’t tried it yet with anything heavy, but can wrap around a rack a few times and keep tension and is easy to stow.
