Is this adjustable for weight?
Yes there is a spring adjustment on the bottom of the post.

No this is just a basic suspension seat post.

Is this a coil spring and what weight is this gear for?
This is a basic comfort suspension post with a coil spring and 40mm travel. Kalloy does not advertise a rider weight.

Is this an aluminum alloy suspension post? Will it fit a Schwinn GTX Elite?
Much of the post is aluminum. Some parts are made of steel. It does not seem Schwinn published the GTX Elite's seatpost size. You will want to confirm your Schwinn GTX Elite's post size and select the correct size choice.
