Will this fit a 26x195 rim?
Yes a 26x2.50 tire will fit on a 26x1.95 rim.

Will this fit a 26" × 4" rim fat bike?
These will not. The tire must always be larger than the rim width.

Is this a 571mm diameter tire x 2.5"?
This tire is a 559 ISO. You need a 571 ISO which is also a 650c or a 26x1-3/4 size. This is a bit of an oddball size. We do not have this in stock. -
Hi good afternoon, what is your return policy on the tires? They were just shipped (haven't received them yet) but our son keeps getting in trouble so I'd like to return them as soon as they get here please. They are no longer needed
To be returned, items must be new and never installed. We will provide an RA number that you can include with the return so that our return team knows the returned package is a refund.
