Do these slide easy in the rain or wet weather? Whether it be pavement or dirt or grass? Trying to find best tires for my boyfriends 26inch mongoose mountain bike before july but need them to be on dirt grass rocks and pavement wet and dry.
Any two wheeled vehicle can slide easy in rain or wet weather. Caution should be taken even with rain specific racing tires.
The Alpha bite tread is a great all around tread for pavement, dirt, grass and rocks.
It is a do it all tread, and unlike a conditions specific tire will perform adequate for most recreational riders in most conditions.
If limits are being pushed to expert levels, a conditions specific tire should be considered.

If you buy the 2 pack tires, will you also need the 2 pack tubes? Just double checking.
These tubes will require the use of an innertube. If you need new tubes, you will need to purchase a tube for each tire.

Are they good for a 26inch mountian bike?
Yes the a 26x1.75, 26x1.95 or 26x2.10 option will be great for a Mountain Bike with 26-inch wheels.
