How tall is this tire? ie. measuring from the outer of the rim, to the outer of the tire.
From the rim, to the top of the tread, the tire measures 30mm tall.

Do you have inner tubes for these tires?
For 27x1-3/8 tires, we recommend common tubes rated to 27x1-1/4 (700x28-35) We’ve found that tubes rated for the wider range 700x30-43 can be too fat to cram into a 27x1-3/8 tire.

Will this tire fit an old Schwinn
Assuming the old Schwinn has 27-inch wheels (ISO 630) and if the frame, fork, brakes have enough room for a slightly more knobby tire, the Kenda K161 27x1-3/8 tire will fit.

Will this tires fit okay on rims that normal use 27x1 1/4 tires-with a 27x 1 1/4 tubes? Looking for a more light trail /pavement tire
Most bikes with 27x1-1/4 tires will also accept 27x1-3/8 tires. Just make sure that the frame, fork and brake calipers have clearance for a tire that is 1/8-inch larger.
