Is this a tubeless tire?
No this is not a tubeless tire. The Kwest tire is a traditional clincher tire that will require the use of an innertube.

If your tire's width is defined by a fraction, it is very likely you have an ISO 451 20" tire. If your current tire reads "406" on the sidewall, then the 20x1.25" tire will be compatible.
