I have had reconstruction surgery and a ulnar osteotomy and this handlebar on my salsa fargo keeps,my wrist happy for 8+ hours on the bike. I loved it so much I bought the last one.

These are great bars for commuting. Gives a more upright position and puts my wrists at a more natural position. Got rid of wrist pain from previous straight bars. Length is great for navigating through traffic.
