I live in San Francisco and use these as my daily commuter tires. They are fast-rolling tires with good grip, have only used them for a month, so no opinion on how long they will last, but no complaints yet.
Great tires for many types of surfaces....they roll fast, corner easily and seem to resist the beating from even hard pack gravel. Very pleased.
