I had previously bought the matching rear wheel and I was delighted to see the quick release was actually a thru shaft that rest on the rear drop outs. But the front wheel uses a completely different system relying on inserts with very little contact surface against the the drop outs. So no thru shaft and what I believe is poor loading to the bearings. I’m no expert but you don’t need to be one to see the difference between the front and back wheel design. What’s up with that?
