I called for assistance with the proper removal tool for an old Schwinn mountain bike's Shimano freewheel. I had soaked the threads with Blaster Penetrating spray and the FR-1.3 fit the splines and axle nut, allowing the freewheel to easily spin off. Many thanks, BikesmithS.
