Nine…expensive but nice

Better than using crescent wrenchs , ice picks and bear claws .
Park Tool HCW-11 is expensive but after I got the old part removed I forgot how much I paid for it.😎

I had to order this for a bike project I began during the 2020 pandemic (like everyone else it seems) and the Bikesmiths were there to get the what I needed.

It was the exact tool I needed to loosen the bottom bracket, and as a bonus, is a pretty handy bottle opener.

I work on older Road bikes and needed bottom bracket tools. Like alot of folks working on there own bikes , prices was important. I was able to find all five of the Park tools that fit 1970's and 1980s road bikes in one shopping cart/ship.

One of 5items was not correct item. when I opened the box and called to report. I got an instant reply. first ring. And it was sorted out promptly, to my satisfaction.

Prior to my order , I sent an inquiry ( happened to be cyber week /black friday rush) and also got a prompt and helpful reply.

Park tools are very expensive and there is seldom a bargain to be found, but if the bike is worth more than the cost of the tool , and you have a prospect of using again , there is no substitute. ( and I have few mangled bottom brackets to prove it.)
