Are these any good for heavy riders over 250lb. Mostly riding on pave rds nothing crazy.
Any of our mountain bike tires will be suitable for a 250lbs rider including the Fire XC Pro. The Fire XC Pro excels off road but can be used on pavement as well. You may want to also consider a slick or semi-slick tire for a smoother ride on pavement and hard pack trails.

Replacing tires. Mounted now are 26 x 2.125....... These gonna fit on my rims? Also what's the best size tube to get with these tires?
These tires will fit your rim fine based on the tire that was on there, to begin with. This tire will be a bit more narrow than your last one (.025"). Will this tire fit on a 26x1.95 bike?
Assuming you have the frame clearance for a tire that is only 0.15 inches wider, this should fit.
