I have a hybrid Electra Townie 21-speed bike with 40-622 (700-38c) original tires on it. Was just wanting to make sure this particular Michelin Protek 700c is the right size for replacement.
Yes the 700x38 Michelin Protek will be a good choice for a bike with 700x38 tires.

am currently using 700*38 c normal tires.. i want to change 700c*38 as Michelin Protek 700c*35 Puncture Protected ? is it possible???
The 700x35 tires will be only 3mm more narrow than your 700x38 tires. In most cases these sizes are swapped without issue.

What size is 700/80 ex I need a 26.195
700c tires use a larger diameter rim than 26-inch tires. A 700c tire will not fit on a 26-inch tire’s rim.
