Will this fit my rim current tire on there is 26'' x 1 3/8
No. A modern 26-inch tire marked with a decmial size will not fit a vintage bike with a fractional size.
You need to find out if your 26x1-3/8 tire is ISO 37-590 or 37-597 and choose a tire with the correct ISO. -
Does this tire have a hooked rim? Will it fit a 575 diameter rim?
In short, if your mountain bike has 26x1.95 tires, these are certainly the correct size. A longer explanation is; These are ISO 559. HB-575 references a hooked type rim and has little to do with size. These are appropriate tires for 26x1.95 hooked type clincher use.
