Hello, I am restoring an old Schwinn Collegiate and notice your package deal Kenda K23 26x1-3/8x1-1/4 337-597 Schwinn S6 Tire Tube & Strip Kit. I have read the old Schwinn came with either S6 or S7 rim and I am not sure what I have and would this really make any difference in the fitting of these tires. Thank you for your assistance! Bert
Most commonly, the older Schwinns came with the S6 wheel so the Kenda K23 26x1-3/8x1-1/4 337-597 would be a great fit.

1974 Schwinn Tandem Deluxe I am restoring. Bike tires say 26 X 1 3/8 and S5 or s6 rims. Does the Kenda K23 26 X 1 3/8 X 1 1/4 . 37-597 fit?
If the wheels are stock to the original bike, then it sounds like these K23 26x1-3/8x1-1/4 (iso 37-597) tires are the correct choice.

Is this the proper tire for Schwinn Speedster and Breeze bikes?
It appears the Speedster and Breeze were equipped with many different wheel sizes and configurations. It is important that you are certain the Speedster and Breeze wheels that you have are indeed ISO 597 to use these tires. It would be the most likely wheelsize, but we can not be for certain. Do not mistake this for the 24x1-3/8 or 26x1-3/4 versions.
