I have a greenspeed gtt 2c tandem trike. I think tires are 20x1.75 slicks. Would these fit. Ii do mostly road. Very little unpaved.
If the Greenspeed uses 20x1.75 tires it should be able to fit other 20-inch tires marked with a decimal. If you can make sure the rims or tires are marked with ISO 406, you will know for certain the diameter is correct.
Next is the width, moving from 20x1.75 to 20x1.50 should not be an issue in most cases. Assuming the rim is less than 38mm wide.
You may need a morrow narrow inner tube to match the thinner tire.
And it is wise to consider a higher pressure tire with a tandem. Higher pressure is especially important if downsizing the width.
