They are my first pair of clip in pedals and I think they are great. It took no time to get use to flipping the pedal over to clip in and getting out is as easy as turning your heel. Its nice to have the option to use the flat side when going out for a short ride with the kids.

Perfect pedal for my city bike. Allows you to clip in for long rides or if your heading for the beach with some flip-flops on the platform side is the way to go. Great buy, for my city bike.
