For online purchases we will gladly accept returns for defective or non-functioning products. Products must be in new condition and in the original packaging with tags attached. If you have a problem product, please contact us immediately. Upon receipt of the product, we can either issue an exchange, store credit, or a refund minus any applicable shipping and sales charges. For any other reason there is a 15% restocking fee subtracted from refund, plus any applicable shipping and sales charges deducted from return.
Refunds for non-defective returns must be received within 30 days.
Most sales are shipped within 1 business day unless some factor beyond our control prevents us from doing so. If there is any delay we will do our best to contact you.

USPS Priority International is 6-10 business days.
If you choose International Flat Rate or first class Mail: Flat Rate or First Class Mail may take 10-30 business days. Flat Rate or First Class Mail does not include tracking. This may not include time in customs.
